Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Caraway International Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Charging Champion mobile application and related EV charging services (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

2. User Accounts and OTP Verification

Access to charging functionality requires an authorized account. Authentication is handled using an email address and a temporary One-Time Password (OTP). You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of access to your email account and all activities initiated under your profile.

3. EV Charging Services and Availability

• Station Information: Charging station availability, connector status, and operational parameters are provided on an as-is basis and rely in part on data supplied by third-party charging point operators (CPOs).
• Hardware Compatibility: You are responsible for verifying that your electric vehicle and charging cable are compatible with the selected charging point hardware and power specifications.
• Parking Regulations: Using a charging station requires adherence to local parking and traffic laws. Idling fees may apply if your vehicle remains connected after charging concludes.

4. Pricing, Billing, and Payments

• Tariffs: Charging rates (per kWh, per minute, or session connection fees) are displayed in the application prior to initiating a session. Tariffs are subject to change based on location and operator rules.
• Authorization: By starting a charge session, you authorize Caraway International Limited or its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all incurred consumption and applicable fees.
• Billing Disputes: Discrepancies regarding meter readings or billing charges must be reported to contact@carawayinternational.com within 14 days of the session date.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, tamper with, or damage any physical EV charging hardware or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Charging Champion application.
• Circumvent or manipulate session billing, payment validation, or network authentication protocols.

6. Account Termination and Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app deletion setting or by emailing contact@carawayinternational.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caraway International Limited disclaims all warranties regarding station uptime, power delivery stability, and software continuity. We shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from charger hardware failure, grid interruptions, or third-party CPO actions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
