How do I sign in?

Enter your email address on the app login screen. You will receive a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) in your inbox. Enter the code to sign in. No permanent password is required.

A charging station failed to start. What should I do?

Ensure the connector is firmly plugged into your vehicle inlet. Verify station network connectivity in the app. If the station remains unresponsive, stop the session in the app and contact support with the Station ID.

Account & Data Deletion Requests

To exercise your rights under App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) or Google Play policies and delete your account:

In-App: Open Charging Champion → Account Profile → Delete Account.
Direct Email: Email contact@carawayinternational.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request - Charging Champion. Requests are processed within 30 days.
